1. General:
The travel conditions are part of the agreement between the customer and Busscharter.no AS. The assignment is considered booked and confirmed when the customer has received a confirmation by email. All changes and corrections must be clarified and approved by the contact person at Busscharter.no AS. Correct customer information is required with email address, contact person and mobile number for the customer. Additional services such as extra luggage, food service and extra stops must be booked in advance of the trip. All offers and confirmations are given according to current driving and resting time regulations for one driver, unless otherwise agreed.

2. Price and additional costs in the event of changes and delayed departure:
The price is given on condition that the assignment description and order from the customer are followed. Changes to the choice of route, breaks, start and end points that result in:
1) increased mileage will be invoiced per km as agreed with the customer.
2) delayed departure time in relation to the booked departure and increased use of time that has not been agreed in advance and described in the offer and order confirmation will be invoiced extra.

Offer/Order:
Price includes tolls and the driver's board and lodging, unless otherwise described in the offer/order confirmation. We reserve the right to make any tax, currency and toll changes, which may result in a change in price.

3. Cancellation terms:
Cancellation

Orders with a purchase price of up to NOK 40,000, - // 10 days before departure are free of charge. Cancellations three to nine days before departure will be charged 50% of the order confirmation. Cancellation later than 48 hours before departure will be invoiced at 100% of the order confirmation.

Orders with a purchase price between NOK 40,000 and NOK 70,000 // 30 days before departure are free of charge. Cancellation 7 to 29 days prior to departure will be charged 50% of the order confirmation. Cancellation later than 7 days will be invoiced at 100% of the order confirmation.

Orders with a purchase price over NOK 70,000, - // 45 days before departure are free of charge. Cancellation 7 to 45 days before departure will be charged 50% of the order confirmation. Cancellation later than 7 days will be invoiced at 100% of the order confirmation.

4. Delays/deficiencies:
Busscharter.no AS is responsible for offering alternative transportation if it is not possible to complete the trip with the originally scheduled vehicle. Busscharter.no AS will offer a price reduction or refund if Busscharter.no AS is unable to offer alternative transportation, or in the event of significant delays. The customer is not entitled to compensation beyond a refund of the purchase price. The right to a price reduction and refund of the purchase price does not apply if the delay or defects are due to circumstances beyond our control. This applies to unannounced public orders and bans, strikes, accidents, roadworks, delays due to traffic conditions, natural disasters, extraordinary events and the like.

5. Pick-up/drop-off points:
The bus's stops must be safe and in accordance with traffic regulations. If the bus cannot reach the agreed locations without risk, the customer will be dropped off/picked up at the nearest safe location. The driver may, if he/she considers it unsafe for the safety of the vehicle and/or passengers, deviate from the set order, choice of route, stops, etc.

6. Extra cleaning:
Extraordinary cleaning as a result of vomit, spills, rubbish, etc. will be invoiced according to time spent, cf. section 2, minimum NOK 3,500 excluding VAT.

7. Luggage:
Please make sure to mark your luggage with your name and phone number.

Minibus 16-22 seats:
Minibus normally has room for 1 package per person in the luggage compartment. Maximum dimensions and weight per item are: height (a) + length (b) + depth (c) = 120 cm and weight is 15 kg. In addition, the traveler can have 1 piece of hand luggage per person. Hand luggage must fit in the overhead compartment or under the seat. Baggage that does not fit there must be placed in the bus's luggage compartment. Baggage beyond this must be agreed in advance.

Coaches 50/59 seats and double-deckers 79-84 seats:
Coaches and double-deckers normally have space for 1 package per person in the luggage compartment. Maximum dimensions and weight per bag are: height (a) + length (b) + depth (c) = 175 cm and weight is 20 kg. In addition, the traveler can have 1 piece of hand luggage per person. Hand luggage must fit in the overhead compartment or under the seat. Baggage that does not fit there must be placed in the bus luggage compartment. Baggage beyond this must be agreed in advance.

Trailer 11 cubic meters NOK 2500 excl. VAT per day.

Passengers must ensure that they bring their own luggage when disembarking.

Busscharter.no AS unfortunately does not have the opportunity to check that travelers bring the correct luggage. Busscharter.no AS is not liable for loss or damage to luggage caused by other travelers.

If subcontractors are used, questions regarding lost luggage must be directed to the company in question. We are not liable for compensation for lost luggage.

8. Liability rules for the passenger:
Damage caused by the passenger to the bus or equipment shall be compensated by the passenger and/or the customer.

9. Alcohol:
If alcohol is to be consumed during transportation, it must be approved in advance by Busscharter.no AS.

10. Conduct:
Passengers are obliged to show due consideration for other passengers and comply with the usual safety rules. Seat belts and other safety equipment must be used where available.
The driver may refuse to take passengers who are visibly under the influence of intoxicants or who may otherwise cause inconvenience or discomfort to others. Passengers who behave improperly or who otherwise cause inconvenience to other passengers or others may be turned away if they do not comply with the driver's request. Smoking in the toilet or on the bus is prohibited.

11. Animals:
Busscharter.no AS is not obliged to carry animals and we ask that this is clarified in advance. Dogs should preferably be transported in a cage, possibly kept on a leash during transport and placed so that they do not disturb other travelers. The driver decides where the dog should be placed. For allergy reasons, it cannot be assumed that animals will be included. Approved guide dogs must be secured space.

12. Invoice information:
The customer is responsible for submitting correct and complete invoice information before the start of the assignment.

Companies: Organization number, name, address, mobile number, and whether the invoice should be sent to: EHF or email. It must be specified how the invoice is to be marked (e.g. resource no./ PO no./department or equivalent with correct invoice approves its name).

We can send invoices by post to companies with a fee of NOK 85,-.

If the invoice has to be changed due to incorrect information from the customer, there will be a fee of NOK 85,- for sending a new invoice.

Invoices will be sent on an ongoing basis after the assignment has been completed, unless otherwise specified in the offer and order confirmation.

If prepayment is requested in communication with Busscharter.no AS, an invoice will be sent which must be paid before departure.

13. Value added tax:
VAT is charged at 12% on passenger transport in Norway. International transport is charged 0% VAT.

14. Complaints:
We welcome feedback on our operations. If we do not live up to expectations, we ask that complaints be directed to Busscharter. In order for us to be able to follow up the deviation as soon as possible, we ask that the complaint be made in writing within three days of the end of the assignment. 15. GDPR:
