Busscharter.no AS was founded in 2014 by general manager Hans Eirik Svepstad. He has extensive experience as a businessman and is now involved in bus transportation throughout Europe.

Busscharter.no becomes part of the Vy Group – with the same people, the same quality
July 2025 marks the start of a new chapter for Busscharter.no. At that time, Vy Buss AS acquired 100% of the shares in the company. Although we are now a wholly owned subsidiary of the Vy Group, we will continue to operate under the name Busscharter.no – with the same organization, the same people and the same high quality that our customers know us for.
Since its inception, Hans-Eirik Svepstad has led the company with clear direction and a strong presence in the market. We have grown to become a solid player in the touring coach market, with a turnover of NOK 71 million in 2024.
The change of ownership does not affect our employees – everyone will keep their positions, and the CEO will continue in his role. For our customers, this means no changes, only new opportunities and an even stronger backbone in a demanding industry.
